AN OXFORD REGISTRY OFFICE WEDDING

Like many Oxford couples, Emma and Toby had the legal part of their wedding ceremony at Oxford Registry Office. Only close friends and family were present as the following day, they will have a massive celebration with everyone at St. Hugh’s College.
This is exactly what I did on my wedding too. For two reasons really… Firstly I love a small intimate wedding! There is something super special and it’s the core of what a wedding is about. And secondly, it means that your ‘big event’ can be exactly what you want. You don’t need to worry about where you get married, what words are shared or who even marries you. You have the freedom to personalise every detail.
On this day, Emma and Toby kept everything as simple as possible. They met at Oxford Registry Office and hung out together while filling out the legal paperwork. When it was time, they walked into the ceremony room hand in hand.  The short 15 minutes were filled with giggles and tears from almost everyone!
After being bombarded with confetti we all took a stroll around the city, hanging out and capturing some portraits before ending the day with a meal at Quod (yum!)
