For those of you who have booked me as your wedding photographer, here is a little insight into how to get the most from your on-line wedding gallery.
About 4-6 weeks after your wedding, your final images will uploaded into your very own on-line wedding gallery. You will have complete control over this gallery and will be able to view all your images, download the gallery and purchase any prints. You will also have the option to hide any images before you share it with your guests and you’ll be able to select 100 images to pop into a handy digital album to give your parents as a neat little surprise.
Your on-line wedding gallery isn’t just going to make you happy, it’s going to make all your friends and family happy too.

SET YOURSELF UP AS THE GALLERY ADMIN OWNER
As soon as you book me as your wedding photographer I set up you up as the admin owner of your on-line gallery. It’s a chance for you to have a look around and get a feel of how to use the gallery.

HIDE ANY PHOTOS YOU DON’T WANT GUESTS TO SEE
After the wedding, and once all the images have been edited, I will send you a link to view your on-line gallery. This gives you the opportunity to snuggle up and view all the images just the two of you. Once you have gone through them, you can then ‘hide’ any images you’d rather not share with everyone else.

LABEL 100 IMAGES FOR YOUR PARENT DIGITAL ALBUM
As a little surprise for your parents, you will have the opportunity to label 100 images ‘PARENT’S DIGITAL ALBUM’ which I then pop into an app for them to download and have on their phone / tablet. You can read more about this feature here: THE DIGITAL WEDDING ALBUM FOR YOUR PARENTS

SHARE THE GALLERY WITH ALL YOUR GUESTS
After the wedding EVERYONE will be asking you to see the wedding photographs. You’ll be getting requests from your whole family and all your friends, but fear not as I have your back; I will send you an email with the gallery link so all you need to do is forward this email onto your guests, and hey presto, they can re-live the day too.

DOWNLOAD + PRINT YOUR IMAGES
After you’ve looked through your images a zillion times, please download all your images to a safe place. I suggest two places, for safety. And also don’t forget to print a couple for your walls, and give away a few as gifts 🙂 You won’t be able to purchase a wedding album via the gallery, but you can do this by email me.
